Tribunal Representation includes the following:

 

1. Multiple discussions with you by telephone or via video-link - 4 hours. 

 

2. Reading all of the relevant documents and reports relating to your child. 

 

3. Preparing your case for tribunal - approximately 30 hours (dependent upon the appeal type and tribunal bundle size.

 

4. Consulting with your witnesses. 

 

5. Briefing you for the tribunal day.

 

5. Representing you on the day of the tribunal. 

 

6. Feedback following the tribunal hearing.

 

7. Explaining your tribunal order to you once it has been issued.

Representation at tribunal - the price for representing you at tribunal ranges between £1600 to £1800 dependent upon the nature and complexity of each individual case.
