EHCP Annual Review Support

The SEN Achieve EHCP Annual Review Support Service includes two different packages or levels of support, both of which include your child's needs, reading the assessment reports around your child and support at the review meeting itself. These services can also be used when there is an 'emergency' or 'early' review of your child's EHCP.
Option 1 - EHCP Annual Review service - £325 - this includes:
1. Discussions with you by phone or via video-link - 1 hour.
2. Reading through all of the relevant documents and reports which relate to your child.
3. Reading through the current EHCP.
4. Support at the Annual Review meeting itself via video-link.
5. Feedback to you after the meeting with advice on your next steps - 30 minutes.
Option 2 - EHCP Annual Review service - £475 - this includes:
1. Discussions with you by phone or via video-link - 1 hour.
2. Reading through all of the relevant documents and reports which relate to your child.
3. Reading through the current EHCP.
4. Providing you with a report featuring recommendations for Section B and Section F, in addition to other stand-out issues.
5. Support at the Annual Review meeting itself via video-link.
6. Feedback to you after the meeting with advice on your next steps - 30 minutes.
