SEN Achieve aims to ensure that all personal data collected about children and young people, their families and schools, is collected, stored and processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the expected provisions of the Data Protection Act 2018 (DPA 2018).

Registration

From May 2018 every organisation or sole trader who processes personal information must be registered with and pay a fee to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). 

 

SEN Achieve's current registration expires in September 2025.

• SEN Achieve's GDPR Policy will be provided to all clients, including parents and educational establishments

• The document is also available on request

• Parents and/ or educational institutions will be asked to sign a consent form before any data is processed.
