Transport Appeals

Parents increasingly report that they have been refused transport provision for their children by the respective local authority, even though what they have been told conflicts with the law.

SEN Achieve therefore offers a Transport Appeal service for parents.

Transport Appeals - £220 to £290 - this includes the following:

​

1. Discussing your case with you - 1 hour.

​

2. Reading all of the relevant documents and reports relating to your child. 

 

3. Writing and then editing the appeal - the transport appeals which I write make clear reference to the law, and are typically 3,000 to 5,000 words in length.

4. Discussing the response to the appeal with you and advising you on your next steps - 1 hour.
